SmartSave Appliance Co. provides washer & dryer rentals delivered, installed, and serviced in-home. Traditional "returns" don't apply.
You may end your rental any time with 30 days' notice (see Cancellation Policy).
When your rental ends, we schedule a convenient pickup and remove the appliances.
The first month's rental is non-refundable once installation is completed.
Ongoing monthly rent is billed automatically via autopay; keep a valid payment method on file.
Think a charge is incorrect? Contact support@smartsaveappliance.com or (214) 307-2898 within 30 days. We review and resolve promptly.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Month-to-month rentals with no long-term contracts and no minimum terms.
Cancel any time with 30 days' written or electronic notice.
You're responsible for charges through the end of the 30-day notice period.
We'll coordinate pickup and remove the appliances at cancellation.
By renting from SmartSave Appliance Co., you agree to:
Use & Location – Appliances are for normal household use at the installation address; don't relocate without our consent.
Payment & Fees – Monthly rent via autopay; late/returned payments may incur fees.
Service & Repairs – We repair or replace within 3 business days of notice. Customers must not attempt their own repairs.
Loss or Damage – You're responsible for loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear.
Default – Nonpayment or violation may result in repossession and liability for unpaid rent and damages.
Assignment – We may assign or transfer this agreement to another entity without changing your rental terms.
Governing Law – Texas law governs.
Addendum: Full details are in the rental agreement you sign at installation.
Data we collect: name, address, contact details, and payment info when you enroll.
How we use it: to deliver, service, and bill for your rental.
Sharing: we don't sell your data. We share only with processors needed to run our service or when required by law.
Payments: processed securely by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). SmartSave does not store full card numbers.
Security: reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your info.
Your choices: request updates or deletion of contact info via support@smartsaveappliance.com.
